Tridia adds significant new functionality to its multiplatform, Internet safe, remote administration and support product DoubleVision Pro

With the release of DoubleVision Pro 4.0, Tridia provides the following significant enhancements:

User notification
DoubleVision Pro will now notify users when someone wants to view them, tell them who they are, and give them the opportunity to reject the request.

Chat Window
The new chat feature allows for online communication.

Complete logging of viewing events
A complete log of all viewing events is kept in the Windows event log. This provides a thorough audit trail of who viewed whom, when.

Remote Assistance feature allows users to signal when they need help
Users can now request help right from their desktop. Their request, along with the nature of their problem, appears on the DoubleVision Pro user interface. The support engineer simply clicks on the users requesting help to be connected to their computer.

Schedule when systems can be viewed
The new host mode schedule feature lets you make sure your systems are accessible only when you want them.

On-the-fly installation on remote computers
DoubleVision Pro 4.0 can now be installed on any remote computer on-the-fly.

See what users are being viewed
DoubleVision Pro 4.0.s new Active Sessions feature shows who is being viewed and who is viewing them.
